Anti-harassment policy


AP | PORTUGAL is dedicated to providing a pleasant, respectful and harassment-free working environment for all, regardless of gender, gender identity and gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. Sexist language and connotations are not permitted for any work tasks, including conversations. We do not tolerate any form of harassment of our team members, and all AP | PORTUGAL employees are expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner. Employees who breach these rules may be punished in accordance with applicable national law.

Harassment includes verbal comments that reinforce social structures of supremacy related to gender, gender identity and gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, non-consensual photography or recording, continuous disturbance in conversations or other events, inappropriate physical contact and unwanted sexual attention. Employees who have been asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to do so immediately. AP | PORTUGAL partners, suppliers and clients are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, the aforementioned shall not use images, activities or other materials, as well as garment/ uniforms/ clothes, of sexual nature, nor create a sexualised environment.

Should any of the above engage in any of the aforementioned harassing behaviours, AP | PORTUGAL may take the measures it considers appropriate, including warning the offender of all criminal consequences. If you are being harassed, notice that someone is being harassed in their relationship with AP | PORTUGAL, or have any other concerns in this respect, please contact the Company's Legal Department immediately. We expect all our Employees, Partners and Clients to follow these rules in all commercial relations with AP | PORTUGAL and at Events.

Emergency contacts
Our Legal Department Employees have been instructed to immediately report any incidents to Management who will, in turn, refer the matter to the medical and police authorities.
